|4 c. fat free chicken broth||1/4 c. chopped onion|
|2 c. chopped Asparagus (or 1 can)||1 c. nonfat plain yogurt|
|Heat chicken broth. Add Asparagus and onion and cook until vegetables
are soft. Cool slightly. Use blender to puree the soup in small batches. Po
ur blended portions into another pot. Add yogurt and reheat gently. Serve
Makes 4 servings, 1 gm. of fat per serving.
