I am always looking for healthier salad dressings, yet ones that taste really good. Here is a recipe that I like for a dressing that tastes rich and creamy AND IS QUICK AND EASY!
1/3 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 T. Dijon mustard
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 T. lemon juice
2 packets TRUVIA sweetener (Stevia)
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Remaining dressing will keep in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
