|3/4 cup mayonnaise||1 green onion, minced.|
|1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice||1/2 teaspoon dill seed|
|1 teaspoon Dijon mustard||salt and pepper to taste|
|2 teaspoons prepared horseradish||1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and cut in half, if they are large.|
|Stir all ingredients together, except the shrimp and mix until smooth. Fold
in shrimp and chill Serves 4-6.
