|4 cups white beans, canned
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil or parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
Drain beans. Combine beans, basil, lemon juice, oil and garlic in food
Serve with crisp vegetables.
Serves 4. Calories 52 per 1/3 cup. 1 gram fat.
